April 23rd, 2006 @ Anderson HS - In a well-played game all around, the White Sox beat the Rangers to even out the season series at one game apiece. Corby Casteel got the Rangers on the board first with a solo shot in the fourth, but the Sox came back with a two-run home run in the sixth and a two-run double in the seventh to provide the difference. Joey Freedman started on the mound and again was stellar, shutting out the White Sox over the first three innings. Each team knocked out five hits, and the defense was solid on both sides.
